Overview ¶
Base class that all [graphics.gd/classdb/SyntaxHighlighter]s used by the graphics.gd/classdb/ScriptEditor extend from.
Add a syntax highlighter to an individual script by calling graphics.gd/classdb/ScriptEditorBase.Instance.AddSyntaxHighlighter. To apply to all scripts on open, call graphics.gd/classdb/ScriptEditor.Instance.RegisterSyntaxHighlighter.

Advanced exposes a 1:1 low-level instance of the class, undocumented, for those who know what they are doing.

ID is a typed object ID (reference) to an instance of this class, use it to store references to objects with unknown lifetimes, as an ID will not panic on use if the underlying object has been destroyed.
